After processing, your order is shipped and generally arrives within 8–12 business days.

Please note that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons or high-demand periods, but we always work hard to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Occasionally, unforeseen issues (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, or strikes) may slightly affect delivery times.

⚠️ Note: Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued due to delivery delays once the parcel is in transit.
